Chapter 01 / A beginning
A curious mind.
A considered
direction.
I’m Muhammad Subhan, an IAL student building a foundation for a future in corporate law. Drawn to business, technology, and the responsibilities behind decisions.

The ambition matters.
So does the work that comes before it.
This is a record of that work.
01 / Curiosity
First, I wanted
to understand.
Aviation made me curious about what happens behind the scenes — the people, the coordination, and the decisions.
02 / Perspective
Then, the questions
became wider.
Events widened the lens from what is possible to who is responsible. The connections began to matter more.
03 / Direction
Now, I’m building
a foundation.
Corporate law. M&A. Private equity.
My direction is clear. The work begins with strong academics and better questions.

An experience that changed the lens
From what AI can do
to who is responsible.
I expected a technology event.
I left with a different question: who takes responsibility once the technology works?
That shift connects to my interest in business and law. Read the experience, then follow the question into the journal.

The thought
that stayed.
An experience ends. The question stays.
These reflections give that question room to develop.
The question after capability.

The next chapter is being earned
Early in the journey.
Intentional about
the next step.
I’m currently studying International A Levels at Al-Rowad International Schools. My goal is to become more capable through academic discipline, clear communication, and appropriate practical experience.
My interest in M&A and private equity is an ambition to work towards. This portfolio records the preparation, the learning, and the questions shaping that direction.
